It’s okay to not be okay. Life can become extremely draining; allowing challenges and hardships to consume us.  My focus is to empower individuals to take control over their thoughts, emotions and behaviors by strengthening their ability to become the person they want to be; moving from a life of despair to a life of purpose and fulfillment.

I work with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, substance-related and addictive disorders. I provide individual, couple and group therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, confidential environment allowing individuals to speak freely in a non-judgmental atmosphere in hopes of finding healing and restoration. I am trained in using clinical evidence-based modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), CBT- Insomnia/ nightmares, Motivational Interviewing and Collaborative Assessment for Managing Suicide (CAMS).

I have worked with military members and families for over 25 years.

I have dedicated my career to serving military members and their families by providing therapy, education and support through the many challenges that military life brings, both during and beyond military service.

I have over 11 years of clinical experience working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as an Army Officer.  My clinical specialties include working with individuals experiencing combat-related trauma, sexual trauma, domestic violence, and substance use disorders.

REMEMBER- You are not alone. You do not have to suffer in silence. Communication is the first step in finding a place of healing.
