I enjoy being in nature and taking time to appreciate the world around us. I practice mindfulness to stay accepting and appreciative of this glorious life we were given.
I completed my Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from TAMU-CT in 2018. I have my Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, have received my Certification-DBT training, and my LPC-A, Supervised by Matt Bierds, LPC-S. I work with couples, individuals, and children on a sliding scale, cash pay bases using a person-centered approach that is customized for each individual, or couple per their needs. I use the DBT approach and teach psychoeducation DBT Skills Groups for Counseling Solutions in IOP and outpatient groups. If you feel we might be a good fit, feel free to call us and schedule an appointment. I prefer in person counseling sessions, but I am open to online session format.
